About WISE

Mission:

 

To establish a strategic and multidisciplinary team of professionals from basic sciences, engineering, and mathematics in order to:

 

 

Foment faculty collaborations across disciplines, departments, and schools.

 

Create and implement a multidisciplinary curriculum in the College of Science and Engineering.

 

Serve as the focal point of scientific and engineering initiatives for the developing of technological endeavors.

 

Sponsor scientific academic activities in the college and the university.

 

Train undergraduate students in modern scientific research techniques and methodologies.
